LASAR is not just involved in Maintenance, Repairs and Operations (MRO). A comprehensive program of Engineering services helps identify the root cause of system availability problems, avoid costly downtime, preempt emergency repairs, and maintain a safe operating environment.

LASAR offers a full range of Avionics testing designed to ensure optimal performance of your instrument. We also provide In-house tech services through our Avionics Department. We have required test equipment and set up for ADS-B, Autopilots, IFR, VFR, COM/NAV Radios for certifying, testing and Evaluation. We also use Design & Analysis solutions with AutoCAD and CATIA for Avionics Engineering Drawings and better understanding of the interfaces for clients and within our Avionics Team. We also use the same for Manufacturing Aircraft structural Components.

As ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast) becomes integrated into more and more ATC automation platforms and the demand for ADS-B transponders and its associated avionics grows geometrically, we understand that our clients face ever more complex choices in terms of either replacing, expanding, or repairing their current infrastructure and avionics. Providing the optimum solutions to modify, test, certify and then deploy new ADS-B systems is a difficult challenge that can sometimes leave unique end-users such as avionics manufacturers, system developers other application interests feeling left behind. Since LASAR talents and resources span GA sector, our clients have a broad range of solutions to their specific avionics and infrastructure needs:

Real time testing of aircraft subsystems

Avionics Test Bench is aimed to support real time open-loop and close-loop testing of aircraft (Iron bird) subsystems. It provides facilities to accommodate the real flight subsystems in its real connection environment, for testing purpose.

Commonly it consists of the following components:

●       Physical benches

●       Bench ground plates

●       Unit adaptor plates

●       Dummy units connector brackets

●       Power connection of the units

●       TM/TC connection

●       Bus connections (MIL-STD-1553B, CAN etc.)

●       Bus connections (MIL-STD-1553B, CAN etc.)

●       EGSE interface cables
